The bed was extremely comfy, the room - clean and well-designed. It was a good location for us, next to most restaurants, and airport. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible room finishes and luxurious feel of the Four Seasons hotel. The design, layout, and facilities were faultless, and the personalized service was mind-blowing. The staff anticipated our needs, making us feel like royalty. Special thanks to the personal trainer who offered a one-on-one session and the friendly pool attendants. However, it would have been nice to have a mist/H2O humidifier in the room upon request because our dog's sensitive nose got dried out. Despite that, the overall experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend this hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at a stunning hotel on a beautiful riverside location. The hotel had amazing facilities, including spacious and comfortable interconnected rooms for families. The rooms were well-designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a contemporary view of the courtyard. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service. The Italian restaurant and bar were great options for dining. Additionally, there were traditional Thai lounge beds by the river, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the scenery.

The Chinese restaurant was overpriced and the food lacked flavor.

The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish, can't recommend it highly enough. Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, very comfy bed and generous-sized room. There was a wide array of outstanding meals. The location was favourable - short walk to the river Perfect, the shopping area and the restaurant or other service. Bar Scandic Cafe was located 15 minutes walk away.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious. The exclusive amenities like the spa and wellness centre, infinity pool, and sun terrace provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The service was impeccable, and the restaurant offered delicious halal food. Additionally, we were impressed with the beautiful decor and excellent location advantages.

The only minor issue was the lack of a mist or H2O humidifier in the room, causing our dog's nose to dry out. While the operator attempted to set up an air purifier with humidifying function, it unfortunately did not work well, leading to a few restless nights.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including Japanese, Thai, International, and Chinese cuisines. The hotel had great services, and the dining experience at the Cantonese restaurant was spectacular. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was close to many attractions and offered beautiful views of the city.

The air-conditioner in the room was broken, and we had difficulties adjusting the temperature. Despite calling a mechanic, the problem persisted, which disrupted our stay.
